In order to improve the power factor of the power system, parallel capacitor banks are usually used to compensate for the reactive power of the power system. In order to limit the current through the capacitor bank caused by the high-order harmonic current of the power system and the closing inrush current of the capacitor, and to protect the safe operation of the capacitor bank, a series reactor is usually installed on the capacitor bank. This product can operate normally and continuously at the 3√2UN terminal voltage peak and 1.35IN rated current, and can also operate continuously at the rated current of 1.2IN with the total current effective value of the third and fifth harmonic current content not exceeding 35%. The series reactor is connected in series with the capacitor, and the parallel capacitor bank is usually connected in a star shape. The series reactor can be connected to the line end or to the neutral point end.
1. The coil is wound with high-quality glass fiber wrapped wire, and is cast with epoxy resin without filler in a vacuum state. After curing, it forms a solid elliptical whole with high mechanical strength, small partial discharge, high reliability, and a heat dissipation airway to ensure that the coil has good heat dissipation performance. The coil adopts a segmented cylindrical structure with low interlayer voltage and strong overvoltage capacity. The expansion coefficients of the insulating material and the conductor in the winding are close, and the coil surface will not crack when the operating temperature changes.
2. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, and the core sheets are automatically sheared with imported Qiaoge wires. The processing precision is extremely high, with advantages such as small burrs and uniform regularity. The core adopts direct seams, the laminations are neat and beautiful, the surface is flat, and the whole is dipped in paint, which further effectively reduces the noise level of the reactor.
3. The external dimensions of the reactor refer to the standard cabinet dimensions. It is small in size and convenient for wiring. It can provide users with single-sided or double-sided outlet products.
