The reactor can effectively suppress and absorb high-order harmonics, limit closing surge current and running high voltage, protect capacitors, improve power quality, and ensure safe operation of the power grid
CKSC dry-type iron core series reactor is an important supporting equipment for reactive power compensation device of power system. After the power capacitor is connected in series with the dry-type iron core reactor, it can effectively suppress the high-order harmonics in the power grid, limit the closing inrush current and operating overvoltage, improve the voltage waveform of the system, and improve the power factor of the power grid, which plays a great role in the safe operation of power capacitors and other power equipment.

4. The temperature resistance level reaches H level (180℃); during normal operation, the core temperature rise of the dry-type iron core reactor is not more than 85K, and the coil temperature rise is not more than 95K;
5. The dry-type iron core reactor can operate for a long time at 1.35 times the rated current;
6. The noise of the dry-type iron core reactor is not more than the national standard.
1. The core of the CKSC dry-type iron core series reactor is made of silicon steel sheets. The core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. The air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth to ensure that the air gap does not change under long-term operation of the reactor;
2. The core section adopts excellent silicon steel sheet end face glue to firmly combine the silicon steel sheets together, greatly reducing the noise during operation and having good anti-corrosion performance;
3. The coil is epoxy casting type, and epoxy glass mesh cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. The H-class epoxy casting system is used for casting under vacuum. The coil not only has good insulation performance, but also has high mechanical strength. It can withstand large current shock and hot and cold shock without cracking;
4. The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water and has low partial discharge. It can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions.
5. The upper and lower ends of the coil use epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock pads to effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.
