ZGS13-Z-3000/34.5/13.8 is a three-phase terminal padmount transformer with a rated capacity of 3000 KVA. It has a primary voltage of 35.5 KV and a secondary voltage of 13.8 KV. 3000 kVA Pad-Mounted Transformer
The 3000 kVA pad-mounted transformer features a rugged structural design that integrates key components necessary for efficient power distribution. Its core is a laminated steel core assembly located centrally in the transformer tank. This core helps optimize magnetic flux distribution, minimize energy losses, and ensure efficient power transmission.
In the upper section, the high-voltage compartment houses key components, including a 5-position tap changer and a 4-position load switch. These components enable precise voltage regulation and effective current management. In addition, the high-voltage compartment is equipped with load-break bushing inserts, high-voltage bushing wells, and lightning arresters to prevent voltage spikes, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and system reliability.
Below the high-voltage section, the low-voltage compartment contains the necessary safety and monitoring functions. A pressure relief valve is located on the top to release excess pressure in abnormal situations and protect the transformer from damage. The low-voltage bushing provides a secure connection for power distribution, while monitoring instruments such as vacuum pressure, oil temperature and oil level gauges enable real-time status monitoring and proactive maintenance through terminal block connections. ZGS13-H-3000/13.8/0.6 is a ring main transformer with a rated capacity of 3000 kVA. It is designed for a one-input and two-output power distribution system, where one line enters the transformer from the power supply and the other line flows out from the low-voltage side to connect to another transformer or other electrical equipment. The housing is made of durable materials such as aluminum alloy, steel plate and composite plate, and has the characteristics of being sturdy, heat-insulated, ventilated, stable in performance, corrosion-resistant, dust-proof, waterproof and small animal-proof.
The transformer is equipped with high-voltage metering elements and vacuum circuit breakers. The low-voltage side is equipped with incoming, reactive compensation and outgoing switch cabinets. The low voltage side can adopt panel type or cabinet type structure to adapt to various power supply needs such as power distribution, lighting, reactive compensation and energy metering.
