 ZTELECGROUP intelligent on-load capacity and voltage regulating transformer is a distribution transformer with two rated capacities, large and small. It is automatically detected and judged by the capacity regulating controller according to the load size of the user, and the two capacities of the transformer are automatically switched through the special on-load capacity and voltage regulating switch without power outage of the transformer, so as to realize the automatic adjustment of the transformer capacity during operation, thereby realizing the automatic conversion of the two rated capacity operation modes.

1. Local and remote electric power-off function

The permanent magnet mechanism vacuum switch is configured in the oil tank of the transformer body, which can realize the local electric power-off, short-distance remote power-off, and remote wireless remote power-off functions.

2. Automatic voltage regulation function

The voltage regulating switch is configured in the oil tank of the transformer body, which automatically adjusts the voltage when the voltage fluctuates, so that the voltage output on the low-voltage side of the transformer is stable within the qualified range, improving the power supply quality. The voltage regulation tapping range is ±5% of the rated voltage.

3. Automatic capacity adjustment function

A capacity adjustment switch is installed in the oil tank of the transformer body. When the power load is at a peak period, the transformer is automatically adjusted to a large capacity gear for operation, and when the power load is at a low period, the transformer is automatically adjusted to a small capacity gear for operation, effectively reducing transformer losses.

4. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection function of microcomputer protection mode

When the line or load has an overcurrent or short-circuit fault, the load control switch in the transformer automatically trips and remotely uploads the alarm information. The overcurrent and quick-break protection should adopt the microcomputer protection mode, and the protection setting value should be continuously adjustable, which is convenient for the precise setting of the setting value with the protection equipment at all levels, and ensures that the power outage of the fault line does not affect the tripping of the upper switch.

5. Two-stage leakage protection function

The low-voltage distribution management terminal should have a leakage protection function, and cooperate with the permanent magnetic vacuum switch and the distribution outgoing line circuit breaker in the transformer body, and have a two-stage leakage protection function for incoming and outgoing lines.

6. Electric energy metering function

An independent sealed metering compartment is set up, and the sealed main incoming line directly enters the metering compartment and enters other compartments through the busbar. A three-phase metering junction box is configured, and two three-phase electronic meters are reserved for installation. The meter and metering current transformer are provided by the user.

7. Reactive power compensation function requirements

The transformer is equipped with a reactive power compensation unit in an independent box, and a separate split installation is configured.

The compensation method adopts the combined optimization compensation method, in which the phase compensation capacity is 30kvar (1kvar×30 lines) and the three-phase common compensation capacity is 30kvar (15kvar×2 levels).

The common compensation capacitor switching switch should use CJ19 switching capacitor contactor with built-in surge suppression device to effectively suppress the surge current when the capacitor is put into operation and the overvoltage when it is cut off.

The split compensation capacitor switching switch adopts a synchronous coding switch group with zero-crossing switching function, no surge current when put into operation, no arc light when cut off, and no harmonic pollution when switched on.

The sampling signals of the reactive compensation controller are three-phase voltage and three-phase current. It automatically compensates according to the comprehensive judgment of voltage, power factor and reactive power to avoid switching oscillation and compensation dead zone.

8. GPRS wireless “four remote” and distribution monitoring

The intelligent monitoring unit of the transformer should include a low-voltage distribution management terminal that supports GPRS wireless communication and distribution monitoring functions, which can transmit the monitoring data and operating status to the background management system in real time, and support the “four remote” functions of GPRS remote control, remote signaling, remote adjustment and adjustment.

It can also be freely combined into a distribution transformer with voltage transformation, voltage regulation, compensation, or voltage transformation, capacity adjustment, compensation, or voltage transformation, voltage regulation, capacity adjustment according to user requirements.

 

Scope of application
