Overview of isolation transformer (low-loss three-phase dry-type safety isolation transformer H-level 180℃ insulation level):

The transformer is the main component of various power supplies and electrical equipment. The isolation transformer is composed of a cylindrical winding and a laminated iron core. The iron core is made of brand-new high-quality high-silicon silicon steel sheets, with full bevel joints. Our company adopts advanced manufacturing technology, imported Max high-speed automatic winding machine and a full set of vacuum pressure varnishing equipment; the winding adopts the method of winding in a complete row; the transformer is vacuum-impregnated to make the insulation level of the transformer reach F or H level. The output and input voltage of the transformer can be designed according to customer needs. There are multiple specifications such as single-phase, three-phase or multi-channel input and output.

>Instructions for material configuration of isolated transformer:

① Iron core

Use brand-new high-quality high-silicon silicon steel sheets, the main material is 0.35 thick H18, H14, H12, Z11 high-quality silicon steel sheets. We select the most suitable materials according to the requirements and usage conditions of the guest rooms to achieve the best performance design of the transformer. (Conventional materials are new high-quality silicon steel sheets).

②Wire

PEW, UEW, EIW, SEIW, FEAI enameled wire and glass fiber covered wire are used, and the temperature resistance grades are F (155℃), H (180℃), HC (200℃), and C (220℃). (Conventional temperature resistance grade is H grade 180℃).

③Insulation material

High temperature resistant insulation paper is used as insulation material, which has multiple properties of high temperature insulation, flame retardancy and moisture resistance.

④‍Insulation material terminal block

Low power uses terminal blocks, which have beautiful appearance, excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and flame retardancy. High power uses high-quality copper bars.

⑤Iron feet

Mainly use CNC bending cold-rolled plates, with environmentally friendly electroplating options such as colorful plating (golden), blue zinc (silver white), white zinc (ivory white), and surface anodizing (black).

1 Applicable altitude: ≤5000m

2 Ambient temperature: -15℃~+45℃

3 Relative humidity: ≤90%

4 The installation site should be free of gases, steam, chemical deposits, dirt, electric dust, and other explosive, flammable, and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation strength of the transformer.
