KYN28A indoor AC metal armored center switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for three-phase AC rated voltage 12KV, 24KV, rated frequency 50 (60) Hz power system, used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor circuits.

Use environment conditions

1. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -10℃;

2. Ambient humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤95%, monthly average relative humidity ≤90%;

3. Altitude: below 1000m;

4. Earthquake resistance: earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The surrounding air should not contain obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;

6. No serious dirt and frequent severe vibration, the harshness design under harsh conditions meets Class 1 requirements;

7. When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding those specified in GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

Note: ① When the relative humidity is greater than 70%, the electric heater should be turned on.

② Where the altitude exceeds 1000m, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of JB/Z102-71

Structural features

The cabinet is composed of two major parts: the cabinet and the central removable component (i.e., the trolley). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, and the enclosure protection level is IP4X. The protection level of each small compartment and the circuit breaker room door is IP2X when it is opened. This switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be back-to-back, double-arranged and installed against the wall.

1. Shell and others

The main cabinet frame of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, and multiple folding processes are used, so that the entire cabinet has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

2. Trolley

The trolley is insulated with the cabinet and mechanically interlocked for safety. According to different uses, the trolley is divided into circuit breaker trolley, voltage transformer trolley, metering trolley, isolation trolley, etc. Various types of trolleys are changed according to the module and building blocks, and trolleys of the same specifications can be interchanged freely. When the trolley needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be easily pulled out with a special transfer trolley; because it adopts the central type, the entire trolley is small in size and easy to inspect and maintain.
Compartment

The main electrical components of the switchgear have their own independent compartments, namely: circuit breaker trolley room, busbar room, cable room, relay instrument room. The protection level between each compartment reaches IP2X; except for the relay room, the other three compartments have their own pressure relief channels.

Ordering Instructions

When ordering KYN28A-12(24) switchgear, the following technical information should be provided

1. Main wiring scheme number, purpose and single-line system diagram, rated voltage, rated current, rated short-circuit breaking current, distribution room layout and switchgear arrangement and configuration diagram, etc.;

2. Requirements for control, measurement and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as requirements and schematic diagrams for other locking and automatic devices;

3. Models, specifications and quantities of main electrical components in the switchgear;

4. If busbar bridges are required between switchgears or incoming line cabinets, the rated current carrying capacity of the busbar bridge, the span of the busbar bridge, height from the ground and other specific requirements should be provided;

5. When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, detailed instructions should be given when ordering;

6. Other special requirements must be explained in detail in writing and negotiated before ordering. If a transformer cabinet is used in the order contract, please follow the foundation drawing provided for foundation construction.
