The photovoltaic energy storage inverter integrated box transformer (photovoltaic energy storage boost integrated cabin) is a comprehensive photovoltaic box-type substation equipment that includes multiple equipment functions. It integrates energy storage converters, boost transformers, high-voltage ring network cabinets, low-voltage distribution boxes and other equipment in a container or combines them into one. It has the characteristics of easy transportation, installation, use and maintenance. The PCS and boost transformer capacity can be flexibly selected according to customer needs, plug and play, saving time and efficiency.
Traditional energy storage systems need to purchase energy storage converters and boosters separately and couple the two. The energy storage boost converter integrated machine independently produced by ztelecgroup combines both equipment, reducing the cost of equipment procurement, and merging the two voltage conversions of boost and buck, improving the system work efficiency.
Overall demand overview:
The boost integrated cabin contains a 1.25MW PCS (provided by Party A) and a 1250kVA 10kV/0.69kV dry-type transformer and its supporting equipment.
General requirements:
1. Anti-corrosion grade: C3
2. Step-up transformer insulation grade: F; Material: copper; Energy efficiency level SCB11, meeting 1.1 times overload.
3. The LOGO, booster cabin nameplate and spray painting need to be confirmed with our technical staff. The default cabin color will be confirmed after communication.
4. The UPS equipped with the booster cabin should meet the uninterrupted power supply for half an hour
Technical requirements for photovoltaic energy storage inverter chassis:
1. The booster cabin is required to have external communication function, RS485, TCP/IP Ethernet, and dry contact interface.
2. The shell should be grounded during operation (metal shell).
3. The booster cabin must be coordinated with the battery equipment to ensure the best battery performance. At the same time, it needs to be coordinated with the upper EMS and other equipment to ensure the reliable realization of various functions.
PCS Energy Storage Converter and Booster Appearance and structure
1. The external dimensions and structure should be reasonably designed to facilitate installation, inspection and maintenance.
2. It should be able to withstand the thermal stability and dynamic stability generated by short-circuit current, as well as the interference requirements of electric, mechanical strength and anti-magnetic during transportation and use.
3. The shell should be made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 1.5mm.
4. The opening and closing angle of the cabinet door should not be less than 90°, flexible opening and closing.
5. Welding, assembly, anti-corrosion treatment and other processes should comply with relevant standards, without false welding, burrs, torn edges, and irregular overlap.
6. The power distribution cabinet should be uniformly installed with safety warning signs according to the relevant requirements of the owner.
