F-Class Epoxy Resin Cast Dry-Type Transformer

SC(B)10/11 series epoxy cast dry-type transformer is made of F-class epoxy resin mixture with filler. After vacuum film degassing, a thin layer is cast on the inner and outer surfaces under vacuum and pressure. The high and low voltage coils are reinforced with glass fiber forming mesh. It is a dry-type transformer with high mechanical strength, electrical strength and heat resistance. It is a product for urban power grid transformation, especially suitable for important places such as urban power grid, high-rise buildings, business centers, theaters, hospitals, hotels, tunnels, subways, underground power stations, laboratories, stations, docks, airports, combined substations, etc. that require flame retardancy, explosion-proof and moisture-proof.

Relative humidity of surrounding air should be lower than 93%, and no water droplets should appear on the coil surface;
The three-phase power supply voltage of three-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical;
The power supply voltage waveform should be approximately sinusoidal.
