SC(B)10/11/12/13 10-35KV grade epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is safe, flame-retardant and fireproof, and can be directly installed in the load center. It is maintenance-free and easy to install, with low comprehensive operating costs, low losses, and good moisture-proof performance. It can operate normally at 100% humidity and can be put into operation without pre-drying after shutdown. It has low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capacity, and can operate at 120% rated load under forced air cooling conditions. It is equipped with a complete temperature protection control system to provide reliable protection for the safe operation of the transformer and has high reliability. According to the operation research of more than 10,000 products that have been put into operation, the reliability index of the product has reached the advanced level
Epoxy Resin Cast Dry Type Distribution Transformer Product Details
1. Coil structure
The low-voltage coil is wound with a whole copper foil of the same height as the reactance height, and the high-voltage coil adopts a multi-segment copper foil or a segmented multi-layer copper wire structure.
2. High/low voltage insulation structure:
The high-voltage coil is cast with quartz powder filler resin at a ratio of not less than 50%, and the epoxy resin is imported. The interlayer insulation of the low-voltage coil adopts resin pre-impregnated composite insulation material.
3. Iron core
The raw material of the iron core is made of low-loss high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel or Nippon Steel. To ensure the quality of the iron core shearing, the processing line needs to use the iron core cross-cutting line of Qiaog Company.

1. Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 70% lower than that of the SCB10 product, with excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.
2. Low noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10-15 decibels lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-1999 “6-220KV transformer sound level”.
3. High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the expansion coefficient difference in the casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured product is high
4. High sealing: Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and inter-turn impregnation. The casting body has a dense cured structure
