European box-type substation, also known as self-contained substation or self-contained distribution station. It is a kind of factory-prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact substation that integrates high-voltage switchgear, power transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment according to a certain wiring plan. It organically combines the functions of transformer pressure reduction and low-voltage distribution, and is installed in a waterproof, rust-proof, anti-fouling, fly-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft, heat-insulated, fully enclosed, and movable steel frame box. It is especially suitable for urban network construction and renovation. It is a new type of distribution station that has emerged after civil engineering distribution stations.
European box transformer is suitable for mining, factories, oil fields and wind power stations. It replaces the original civil engineering high and low voltage distribution room, substation, and becomes a new complete set of power distribution equipment.
Structure of box transformer
The overall structure of box transformer is mainly divided into three parts: high voltage switch equipment, transformer and low voltage distribution equipment.
According to system requirements, the high voltage switch introduced by box transformer can use sulfur hexafluoride or high voltage circuit breaker, double circuit switch, high voltage load switch plus circuit breaker. Measuring and calibration equipment can also be installed on the high voltage side. The low voltage side is generally equipped with a main switch and a separate coaxial switch, and some are only equipped with a coaxial switch. Explosion-proof switch directly to low voltage terminal users. Compensation capacitors, measuring and calibration equipment, etc. can also be installed. Power transformers generally use oil transformers or oil-immersed transformers.
The high-voltage room of the European classical box transformer is generally composed of high-voltage and high-voltage load switches, fuses and high-voltage lightning arresters, etc., which can carry out the actual operation of stopping and closing the switch and undergo load and overcurrent protection. The low-voltage room is composed of low-voltage air leakage switch, voltage transformer, ammeter, ammeter, etc. The transformer generally uses S9 or dry test, etc.
