Three-phase Shunt Reactor Supplier

03-18 2025 | By:

Shunt reactors are suitable for high-voltage power supply systems of 35kV and below, and are used to provide inductive power to offset the impact of line capacitance on transmission lines.

Shunt reactors, also known as inductive load reactors, are used to prevent the voltage at the receiving end of light-load power supply systems from rising, thereby maintaining line voltage stability, improving power factor, and saving energy.

Standards
1. GB/T 10229-1988
2. IEC 289: 1987

Features of shunt reactors
1. The dry-type reactor is designed with computer optimization and can be customized according to customers’ specific requirements for electrical performance and specifications.
2. High-strength double-strand glass fiber is used between adjacent layers of the winding, which has the best insulation effect.
3. Insulation is also cast with epoxy resin.
4. The core is made of high-quality silicon steel plates stacked together. Ceramic and carbide tools are used for steel plate cutting, and the quality is reliable.
5. Low noise
6. Compared with air-core reactors, it has low core loss, is flame-retardant, pollution-free, reliable, and easy to install
